Digital Marketing Client Success Manager

Our experienced team is dedicated to boosting our clients' businesses and online presence. Our core service offerings include Social Media Management, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Ads Management (PPC/SEM), Meta Ads Management, and Website Development.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Client Success Manager, with the expectation of ramping up to full-time within 2-4 months.

The Digital Marketing Client Success Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing digital marketing campaigns, meeting with clients, analyzing data, coordinating with various teams, and developing strategies to optimize performance. The ideal candidate should be a proactive problem-solver who is comfortable being self-directed, enjoys learning new things, thrives as a team player, and excels in a start-up environment where things are constantly evolving.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Past experience working in digital marketing with SEM, PPC, and SEO.
  • Past experience in a client-facing role.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a digital marketing agency or similar explaining results to clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Willing & excited to learn new skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
