About the role:

Client Success Managers are the liaisons between the agency and its clients. They are the primary point of contact—handling all day-to-day client communications, launch calls, follow-ups, and issue resolution to ensure every client feels heard, supported, and successful. They’re committed to building strong relationships, delivering a world-class client experience, and ensuring no ball is ever dropped.

You won’t be expected to run ads or strategize campaigns. Instead, you’ll work closely with the internal marketing team, ensuring they have everything they need to deliver results while keeping the client up to date and in good spirits.

We’re looking for someone who can work within the US time zone (MST) or have overlapping hours. This position is Flex Time to begin—meaning you will work 10–20 hours per week on a flexible schedule based on client needs between 9am–6pm MST, sometimes weekends.

This position starts at part-time with potential to grow into full time. It pays $20-$30 per hour, with additional commission on all upsells, reviews and testimonials acquired. You would be introduced to 10–20 clients in your first month. As we grow and you show confidence and success we would increase your client load. Responsibilities:

Client Relationship & Communication:

  • Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring positive, effective communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Outreach: Initiate outbound calls, texts, and Zoom meetings to check in with clients regularly, ensuring they remain on track and that any concerns are addressed early.
  • Launch Calls: Lead onboarding and launch calls with new clients, setting expectations and making sure everything is set up for success.
  • Performance Updates: Produce and send detailed Loom video recordings 2 to 3 times per month to highlight key wins, updates, and what's happening behind the scenes.

Issue Resolution & Internal Coordination:

  • Anticipate Needs: Proactively identify potential issues before they arise and work with the internal team to resolve them quickly.
  • Problem Solver: Act as the client’s advocate, communicating their needs clearly to the team and making sure they feel supported and heard at all times.
  • Organized Workflow: Use tools like Asana and Monday.com to track tasks and ensure no client request falls through the cracks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing, tech, and fulfillment teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and expectations are exceeded.

Client Success Leadership:

  • Set Expectations: Establish and reinforce realistic expectations with clients around timelines, deliverables, and performance.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong, trusted relationships with your clients through honest, transparent, and high-touch communication.
  • Manage Inbound Messages: Monitor and respond to client emails, texts, and calls with a calm, clear, and helpful approach.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in client success, client management, or customer support (preferably in an agency or remote setting).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for strong relationship building.
  • Confidence in leading client calls and handling difficult conversations when needed.
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple clients and projects at once.
  • Tech-savvy with tools like Google Drive, Asana, Slack, Loom, Zoom, etc.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and extremely reliable.
  • A passion for solving problems and keeping clients happy.
  • Willing to learn the basics of digital marketing to better understand client needs.
  • High School Diploma or higher.
  • Bonus if you have experience in remote client management or customer success in the marketing world!

The First Few Weeks in the Role:

  • Onboarding: Learn Venture Digital’s systems, processes, and tools inside and out.
  • Client Introduction: Join calls with current clients, observe their pain points, and start building rapport.
  • Project Familiarity: Get up to speed on current client statuses, support needs, and communication preferences.
  • Work with a fully remote team
