Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years in lieu of degree.
• Strong CMS experience (Progress Sitefinity and/or WordPress preferred).
• Experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms.
• Familiar with analytics tools (GA, GTM, Search Console, Data Studio).
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit and review member- and internal-facing content across websites and digital channels.
• Manage CMS content, forms and documents ensuring accessibility and brand governance.
• Build and optimize email campaigns with segmentation and testing.
• Develop targeted digital advertising with alignment to campaigns.
• Collaborate across teams to enhance websites and digital experiences.
• Plan, test and document digital enhancements including API integrations.
• Analyze performance data and produce actionable insights and reports.
• Apply SEO best practices to improve visibility and performance.
