Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Web Design and Development, or related field.
• Master’s degree or additional certifications in a similar field a plus; specific knowledge of HTML, web design, WordPress, CSS, SEO, and Analytics required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy digital content, including landing pages, forms, email campaigns, online campaigns, and other digital assets.
• Monitor and report on website and campaign performance, digital engagement trends, and the results of marketing initiatives.
• Build, execute, optimize, and troubleshoot integrated digital campaigns using marketing automation and CMS platforms.
• Update, maintain, and enhance the Bank’s public website, ensuring content accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and IT to align campaigns with business objectives.
