Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Business Analytics Manager to lead analytics and data management across the customer data domain. Based in multiple eastern locations, you will drive data quality, governance, and risk‑aware insights that inform enterprise decisions.

You will partner with data owners, technology, risk, and compliance teams to define data requirements, resolve issues, and deliver auditable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Data‑Driven Decision Support.
• Strong experience presenting complex analytics to executives.
• Experience supporting Risk, Governance, Compliance, or Regulatory initiatives.
• Advanced SQL including joins, subqueries, performance optimization.
• Strong Python programming for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience building dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and data-management initiatives across customer data domains.
• Define and monitor data quality rules and controls for completeness, accuracy, validity, and timeliness.
• Analyze data across source systems to identify anomalies, gaps, and root causes.
• Build data-quality dashboards, scorecards, and management reporting.
• Document data definitions, lineage, rules, controls, and ownership with stakeholders.
• Support regulatory compliance, audit, and risk-management activities with traceable analysis and remediation reporting.
• Coordinate issue management from identification to closure and monitoring.
