Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Marketing Analyst to support the Digital Acquisition USCC product team in Irving, TX.

You will assist the SEO Product Owner and Card Product Owners with updates to pre-login marketing pages, analyze SEO performance, and provide data-driven insights to improve online visibility and customer acquisition. You will work closely with product owners, marketing managers, and content teams to optimize our digital storefront and drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics or related field.
• 2+ years in a marketing analyst, SEO, or digital marketing role.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Experience with SEO and analytics tools (GA, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting with Excel or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders across Digital, Marketing, Communications, Operations, Governance, Tech and Business.

Responsabilités

• Product Backlog Support: provide data, analysis, and insights to groom and prioritize backlog for pre-login marketing pages.
• Marketing Page Support: assist with updates to pre-login marketing pages for SEO/product owners.
• User Story Contribution: define and enrich user stories with data-driven acceptance criteria and success metrics.
• SEO Analysis & Reporting: monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics for branded and partner card products.
