Job summary

The role partners with manufacturing, engineering, and IT to ensure reliability and governance of digital manufacturing platforms and dashboards. You will analyze business requirements, develop data visualizations, install and maintain shop-floor hardware, and triage incidents to improve plant performance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting MES applications.
• Ability to gather requirements for manufacturing systems.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support MES applications, including issue resolution and end-user support.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to support manufacturing systems and reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to support plant performance.
• Install, configure, and support shop-floor hardware including industrial PCs, terminals, scanners, and printers.
• Triage and resolve tickets related to MES and OT systems.
