Job summary

Firstsource is seeking a Mailroom Associate-Scanner in Chico, CA for a full-time, in-office role at 265 Airpark Blvd. The position operates as a non-exempt/hourly role with a 5:15am–1:45pm PST schedule, Monday through Saturday (Sunday and one weekday off).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years data entry and/or processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate mail according to guidelines.
• Maintain high level of quality production, meeting hourly KPI's.
• Perform electronic indexing.
• Scan processed documents.
• Create and validate envelope tracking and barcodes.
• Provide outbound customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
