Job summary

Aventiv is seeking a Manager, Digital Mail Center (DMC) in Tampa to oversee daily operations across the Tampa DMC and partner sites. You will lead mail processing teams, ensure secure scanning and processing of inmate mail, and maintain high service standards in line with correctional facility guidelines.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory compliance focus, and collaboration with internal teams, partners, and facilities to optimize workflows and address operational challenges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a management role overseeing high-volume mail or document processing operations.
• Experience with security-sensitive operations in regulated environments is preferred.
• Budget management and cost-control experience is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of mail processing operators in the Tampa DMC and partner sites.
• Ensure efficient scanning, processing, and delivery of inmate postal mail per policy.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure continuity and high standards.
• Develop and manage operational budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
