Job summary

Aventiv in Tampa, Florida is seeking a Mail Center Supervisor to lead the daily workflow of our digital mail center, ensuring that operational needs meet the Service Level Agreement and that all security protocols and deliveries are executed with precision.

This role partners with the warehouse manager to share updates, maintain vendor relations, promote continuous improvement, enforce 5S and safety guidelines, and produce accurate daily production reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily workflow of the digital mail center to meet SLA.
• Uphold standards and procedures for mail operations, including security protocols and deliveries.
• Meet with warehouse manager for updates and information pertinent to operations or employee issues.
• Maintain local vendor relations and report problems to Administrative Services for follow-up.
• Own opportunities for exploring improvement areas.
• Ensure all floor employees comply with safety guidelines.
• Drive SOP and SLA adherence on the production floor.
• Communicate effectively to plan, prioritize, and complete tasks.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Provide end-of-day updates with the warehouse manager.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Purpose:

Lead daily workflow of the digital mail center ensuring operational needs meet the customer Service Legal Agreement.

• Uphold standards and procedures for mail operations, including security protocols, deliveries.
• Meet as required with the warehouse manager for any updates and other information pertinent to operations or employee issues.
• Maintain local vendor relations and report problems to Administrative Services for follow-up.
• Have ownership for exploring opportunity areas.
• Ensure all floor employees comply with corporate and global safety guidelines.
• Drive Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and (SLA) by implementation and adherence on the production floor.
• Communicates effectively with others by providing information for planning, prioritizing, and completing tasks.
• Complete daily production report.
• Provideend-of-dayupdateswiththewarehouse manager.
• Other duties as assigned
• Perform other related duties as assigned or required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to communicate with team members, customers, and management
• Basic understanding of PC and scanning equipment.
• Working understanding of Excel.
• Review daily workload and distribute as needed meeting SLA.
• Understanding of 5S

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field of study.

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a variety of office equipment.
• Occasionally,this positionmay need to reach, stoop, or kneel.
