Job summary

Aventiv in Tampa seeks a Manager, Digital Mail Center to oversee daily operations of the DMC and partner sites, ensuring secure scanning, processing, and delivery of inmate mail in compliance with facility rules and company policy.

You will lead mail processing teams, monitor performance, enforce security, manage budgets, coordinate with corrections facilities and vendors, and drive process improvements to sustain high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in a management role within high-volume mail processing or related operations.
• Experience managing security-sensitive operations in regulated environments.
• Budget management experience and cost-control focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Tampa DMC operations and partner sites.
• Ensure secure scanning and processing of mail in compliance with policies.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive process improvements.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training for continuity.
