Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a Digital M&A Senior Manager in Plymouth, MN (Hybrid) to lead digital diligence and post-close integration initiatives across the Americas. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Corporate Development and business teams to assess opportunities, define integration strategies, and realize value from acquisitions, separations, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, CS or related field.
• 8 years of experience on M&A projects in corporate or consulting environments.
• Experience in IT organizations across infrastructure, applications and program management.
• Demonstrated program management across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to define assumptions and draft plans amid uncertainty.
• Proven experience executing due diligence, integration and separation across digital streams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Due Diligence assessing target environments (infrastructure, security, data, apps).
• Coordinate cross-functional input; develop cost/risk assessments; present findings to senior leadership.
• Lead post-close activities; execute integration/separation plans across IT and business systems.
• Partner with functional areas (sales, service, manufacturing, finance, HR) to achieve objectives.
• Measure value; track digital synergies and KPIs after close.
• Develop the Digital M&A Playbook with templates and repeatable processes.
• Capture lessons learned to refine governance, tools, and execution.
