Daikin Applied is hiring a Digital M&A Senior Manager in Plymouth, MN, offering a hybrid work model. You will lead digital due diligence, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and drive post-close integration and separation activities across infrastructure, security, data and applications, while aligning with business leaders to realize value.

The role requires a strong background in M&A, program management, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8 years of related experience on M&A projects.
• Experience in IT organizations with multiple functional areas (infrastructure, applications, PM).
• Program management experience across multiple projects.
• Ability to define assumptions and draft plans amid uncertainty.
• Experience executing due diligence, integration and separation across digital work streams.
• Strong business process and strategic analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration with digital and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Due Diligence – assess target digital environments (infrastructure, security, data, applications).
• Synthesize findings and recommendations with cross-functional input and present to senior leadership.
• Lead post-close activities – execute integration and separation plans across IT and business systems.
• Partner with Daikin and target businesses and cross-functional groups to meet objectives.
• Measure and realize value – track synergies and KPIs post-close.
• Develop the Digital M&A Playbook – create templates and repeatable processes.
• Institutionalize best practices through governance, tools, and execution approaches.
