Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a Digital M&A Senior Manager to lead the digital due diligence and post-transaction activities for acquisitions, separations and partnerships. Based in Plymouth, MN with hybrid work, you will represent the digital organization in enterprise M&A discussions and work closely with Corporate Development and business teams.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8 years of experience on M&A projects within a company or consulting firm.
• Experience in IT organizations with multiple functional areas (infrastructure, applications, PM).
• Proven program management experience across multiple projects.
• Ability to define assumptions and draft plans amidst uncertainty.
• Experience executing due diligence, integration and separation planning across digital work streams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Digital Due Diligence for target environments (infrastructure, security, data, applications).
• Coordinate cross-functional input and present diligence insights to senior leadership.
• Lead post-close Digital integration and separation plans across IT and business systems.
• Partner with stakeholders across sales, service, manufacturing, finance, and HR to achieve objectives.
• Track digital synergies and KPIs to realize value post-close.
• Develop the Digital M&A Playbook with standardized methodologies and templates.
• Capture lessons learned to refine governance, tools, and execution approaches.
