Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 8+ years of M&A project experience in corporate or consulting settings.
• Experience in IT environments with multiple functional areas.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to define assumptions and draft plans under uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital due diligence on target environments including infra, security, data and applications.
• Synthesize findings, assess cost and risk, and present diligence insights to senior leadership.
• Lead post-close digital integration and separation plans across IT and business systems.
• Partner with corporate development, digital leaders, and business functions to achieve objectives.
• Track synergies and value realization after close and refine governance processes.
• Develop digital M&A playbooks and reusable templates.
