Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a Digital M&A Senior Manager to lead due diligence and post-transaction initiatives across technology and digital environments. You will coordinate with corporate development, business teams, and senior leaders to advance growth opportunities and ensure successful assessment and execution of new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8 years of M&A experience.
• Experience in IT organization with multiple functional areas (infrastructure, applications, program mgmt).
• Experience executing due diligence, integration and separation planning and execution across digital work streams (infrastructure, security, data, applications).
• Strong business process and strategic analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation, cross-functional collaboration with digital and business leaders.
• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence senior leaders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Due Diligence – assess target digital environments (infrastructure, security, data, applications).
• Synthesize findings and recommendations with cross-functional input; develop cost and risk assessments; present insights to senior leadership.
• Lead Post-Close Activities – build and execute Digital’s integration and separation plans from close through scope completion.
• Partner with Daikin and target businesses, cross-functional groups, and stakeholders throughout the M&A process to accomplish objectives.
• Measure and realize value – track digital synergies and KPI achievement post-close.
• Develop the Digital M&A Playbook – create standardized methodologies, templates, and repeatable processes.
• Institutionalize best practices – refine governance, tools, and execution approaches.
