Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a Digital M&A Senior Manager to lead digital due diligence, coordinate cross-functional input, and drive integration and separation planning across IT and business units. You will partner with corporate development and business leaders to advance growth and ensure successful opportunities.

The role requires robust program management experience, strategic analysis, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8 years of related experience on M&A projects.
• Experience in an IT organization with multiple functional areas (infrastructure, applications, program management).
• Program management experience across multiple projects.
• Ability to define assumptions and draft plans amid uncertainty.
• Proven experience in due diligence, integration and separation planning and execution across digital work streams (infrastructure, security, data, applications).

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Due Diligence – assess target digital environments (infrastructure, security, data, apps).
• Synthesize findings, coordinate cross-functional input, and present diligence insights to senior leadership.
• Lead post-close activities – execute integration and separation plans across IT and business systems.
• Partner with Daikin and target businesses to accomplish objectives across functions.
• Measure and realize value by tracking digital synergies and KPIs.
• Develop the Digital M&A Playbook with standardized processes.
