Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a Digital M&A Senior Manager to lead digital diligence and post-acquisition integration efforts across the Americas. You will work with Corporate Development and business teams to shape strategy and drive value realization.

The role requires broad digital expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments while delivering repeatable playbooks and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of related M&A experience in corporate or consulting settings.
• Experience in IT environments with multiple functional areas (infrastructure, applications).
• Program management experience across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Due Diligence assessing target digital environments (infrastructure, security, data, applications).
• Synthesize findings, cost and risk assessments, and present diligence insights to senior leadership.
