Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Digital Mergers & Acquisitions Lead to anchor North American IT strategy for M&A.

Based in Herndon, VA, you will drive pre-deal due diligence, architecture blueprints, and deal governance across North America, coordinating with European HQ and executive committees. You will guide Day 1 readiness with cross-border teams, manage multi‑million-dollar budgets, and lead post‑deal integration efforts aligned to Airbus standards and governance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/CS/Business or equivalent practical experience; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of IS/IT PM experience leading IT workstreams in M&A or corporate restructurings.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or TOGAF are strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pre-deal IT due diligence, risk evaluations, and target architecture assessments.
• Shape early-phase global solution designs and integration roadmaps for Day 1 readiness.
• Drive IT financial governance, TSA cost scoping, and multi‑million-dollar budgets.
• Oversee regional PMI activities including Day 1/Day 2 stabilization and post-merger integration.
