You will anchor North American IT due diligence and integration strategy for cross-border M&A, collaborating with European HQ and executive leadership to align Day 1 readiness with global Airbus standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of progressive IS/IT Project/Program Management in M&A, PMI, restructurings, carve-outs, or cross-border setups.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets, vendor contracts, and TSA financials.
• Broad technical breadth across enterprise apps, cloud infra (AWS/Azure), data migration tools, and delivery frameworks (Agile/Waterfall).

Responsabilités

• Lead Pre-Deal IT Due Diligence & Risk Evaluations across NA.
• Shape Target Architecture Blueprints guiding IT products and roadmaps.
• Drive Deal Financial Governance incl. TSA cost scoping and budgets.
• Execute Regional PMI across US/Canada post-merger integration.
