Airbus Americas, based in Herndon, VA, seeks a Digital Mergers & Acquisitions Lead to anchor North American IT due diligence, architecture, and deal governance. You will drive pre-deal strategy and post-deal execution aligning with global Airbus standards across North America.

Join a role interfacing with executive leadership, European HQ, and cross-border teams to manage multi-million-dollar deals, cloud migrations, and data governance while shaping the Global Digital M&A playbook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive IS/IT Project/Program Management experience.
• Experience leading IT workstreams in M&A, PMI, restructurings, carve-outs across international setups.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pre-Deal IT Due Diligence & Risk Evaluations across North America.
• Shape Target Architecture Blueprints and integration roadmaps for Day 1 readiness.
• Drive IT financial governance, TSA cost scoping, and synergy estimation.
• Execute Regional Post-Merger Integrations including data governance and cloud migrations.
• Safeguard customer-facing platforms post-close across commercial and defense customers.
• Co-develop the Global Digital M&A Playbook with European HQ and steering committees.
• Maintain executive and regional alignment with North American site leadership.
