Qualifications

• 2 years of lending experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong lending knowledge, regulatory awareness, and data analysis ability.
• Professional communication across platforms and teams.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service via digital channels (phone, video chat, text, email) for lending services.
• Interview applicants and gather loan information, resolve questions on applications.
• Collect and verify required loan documents including title and lien info.
• Approve/deny consumer loan and credit card requests within guidelines and limits.
• Educate members on loan terms and products (credit insurance, GAP, warranties).
• Assist with loans up to 30 days delinquent and with member financial check-ups.
