Job summary

Neches Federal Credit Union in Port Neches, TX seeks a Service Center Representative to handle member questions, transfers and account servicing. Responsibilities include updating account records, password management for online banking, processing changes, IRA support, wire transfers and cashier checks,

Qualifications

• 1 year related financial or customer services experience or degree in related field.
• Ability to work independently while displaying initiative and decision-making.
• Capability to work within deadline timeframes.
• Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking and organization skills.
• Display a high level of professionalism.
• Dependable; punctual and regular attendance.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and support the credit union’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Update account cards.
• Home banking – set up / reset passwords.
• Process address change.
• IRA’s – Assist / withdrawals.
• Assist members with account questions / transfers / balancing.
• Assist members with fraud transactions.
• Process outgoing wire transfers.
• Assist with business accounts/ club accounts/ trust accounts/ temp accounts.
• Sell Cashier checks.
• Process Mastercard and Visa cash advances.
• Provides exceptional member service when answering inquiries and resolving members concerns.
