Job summary

EECU in Fort Worth, Texas seeks a Digital Branch Specialist to assist members by phone, email, and QUIQ text messaging. You will manage consumer loans, credit cards, and new account applications, communicate decisions, verify documents, and recommend products that meet member needs.

The role requires accuracy, strong service and sales mindset, and the ability to navigate multiple systems. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM with rotating Saturdays 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required for the role.
• 1–2 years in financial services, lending, customer service, sales, or call center.
• Strong customer service, sales, and cross-selling abilities.
• Professional written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
• Ability to learn and use multiple systems such as MeridianLink, Symitar, QUIQ, Velocify.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and online applications with fast, friendly service.
• Process applications for auto loans, RVs, motorcycles, boats, credit cards, and new accounts.
• Communicate decisions and updates professionally, offering alternatives when needed.
• Review documents for accuracy and prepare items for closing, including verification steps.
• Meet monthly sales, service-level, accuracy, and productivity goals.
• Respond to members by phone, email, and QUIQ with discretion and professionalism.
• Identify potential fraud and maintain a secure, smooth member experience.
• Adhere to federal and state regulations and complete annual BSA training.
