Formación

• 2 years of lending experience in a financial institution or related industry
• Strong knowledge of lending principles, techniques and regulatory standards
• Proven ability to analyze data and handle high loan volume
• Ability to make independent judgments within guidelines
• Ability to work independently with initiative and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
• Professional communication across platforms
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
• Empathy, courtesy and tact in member interactions
• Team-oriented with dependable attendance and mission alignment

Responsabilidades

• Provides exceptional member service through digital communications (phone, video chat, text, email) for lending services
• Interviews applicants and collects information for loans; resolves questions about applications
• Collects and verifies required documentation for loan processing (title, lien information)
• Approves/denies consumer loan and credit card requests within guidelines
• Educates members on loan terms and conditions
• Educates members about credit union products (credit insurance, GAP, warranty)
• Assists with loans up to 30 days delinquent
• Assists members with financial check-ups
