Job summary

Wiley is seeking a Digital Learning Executive to join our sales team. You will identify and qualify opportunities to drive adoption of Wiley's digital courseware, collaborating with Customer Success and product teams to expand accounts and renewals.

You will present strategically to instructors and committees, develop territory and business plans, and manage a robust pipeline in SFDC. Travel up to 40% is required, with residency in the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong sales mindset, organization, planning, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Territory includes AL, KY, TN, or MS; higher-education sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify top targets to drive digital courseware adoption.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to create training plans.
• Deliver strategic sales presentations in person and remotely to drive renewals and expansions.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using SFDC; report adoption metrics.
• Find Land & Expand opportunities and nurture long-term partnerships.
• Conduct in-person trainings on Wiley's digital solutions and analyze territory data.
