Job summary

Wiley is hiring a Digital Learning Executive to join our sales team in the United States. This strategic role identifies top targets to drive adoption of digital courseware, collaborates with Customer Success Managers to train users, and works with product teams to inform future digital initiatives.

You will build partnerships with 2- and 4-year institutions, develop a robust pipeline in SFDC, and deliver compelling presentations to win and expand business while traveling up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Sales experience in higher education is preferred but not required with strong drive and curiosity.
• Excellent presentation and leadership skills, organized and strategic.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Wiley’s digital courseware with instructors.
• Deliver strategic sales presentations; in-person and remote.
• Manage a sales pipeline in SFDC; qualify opportunities and close deals.
• Land & Expand: build 2- to 4-year institution partnerships and monitor KPIs.
