• Design learning assets: presentations, e‑learning, videos, job aids, infographics.
• Collaborate with ID/SMEs to convert content into visuals.
• Develop layouts and visual themes for ILT, virtual, self‑paced programs.
• Ensure on‑time delivery ≥85%.
