Team Carney is looking for a Mid-Level Graphic Designer who will create high-quality visuals, animations, and multimedia assets for digital platforms, e-learning, and instructional materials.

You will partner with Instructional Designers and Project Managers to deliver visuals that boost learner engagement. A degree in design and 2+ years of experience, plus strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent portfolio/work experience).
• 2+ years of professional graphic design and visual multimedia development experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects) and Envato Elements.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality visual materials, animations, and multimedia assets across digital platforms, e-learning courses, and instructional materials.
• Collaborate closely with Instructional Designers and Project Managers to create modern visual assets that elevate learner engagement.
