Job summary

Ascend Learning seeks a skilled Graphic Designer to create storyboards and graphics for animated learning videos and marketing materials. You will work within a collaborative sprint team, supervising your workload and reporting progress weekly to the Creative Director.

A strong design foundation and attention to detail are essential. You will collaborate with graphic designers, motion designers, instructional designers, and SMEs to ensure visuals are educational, accurate, and engaging, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field is required.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience required.
• Experience with digital illustration, layering, layout, and working the RGB color space.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. Basic knowledge of Photoshop.
• Experience with InDesign and other Adobe apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design storyboards and graphics for animated learning videos and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with content team and SMEs to align visuals with Clover Learning brand identity.
• Produce graphics using Adobe Creative Suite for healthcare and STEM content.
• Create graphics for video content, websites, marketing materials and internal communications.
• Organize and manage files according to established structures and timelines.
