Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on learning development or instructional design experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with multiple learning/content tools: Articulate Rise/Storyline, PowerPoint, Canva, Camtasia, Snagit, Clipchamp.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex information into learner-friendly content across various formats.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables quickly while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled content creation tools to accelerate development.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly design and develop a high volume of polished training materials across formats (eLearning, ILT, presentations, job aids, microlearning).
• Translate complex business processes and SME input into clear, learner-friendly content.
• Use a broad range of tools (Articulate Rise/Storyline, PowerPoint, Canva, Camtasia, Snagit, Clipchamp; AI tools) to create engaging experiences.
• Produce training content at speed and scale with high design, usability, and instructional quality.
• Manage multiple deliverables concurrently and prioritize to meet aggressive timelines.
• Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and project teams to validate content and drive review cycles.
