Job summary

Michels Corporation seeks a Digital Learning & Development Manager to lead strategy, development, and continuous improvement of our digital learning ecosystem. You will oversee LMS, e-learning, instructional design, content strategy, and vendor partnerships to deliver measurable value.

The role emphasizes analytics, reporting, and evaluating learning effectiveness, with a focus on scalable, accessible learning experiences that drive employee growth and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10+ years in Learning & Development or related area
• Proven experience designing and developing end-to-end digital learning solutions
• Experience managing an LMS and digital learning ecosystem
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Demonstrated leadership experience and accountability
• Experience managing learning vendors and external partners
• Experience leading enterprise-level learning technology initiatives
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, including Storyline 360 and Rise
• Workday LMS experience preferred
• Synthesia experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Learning & Development digital learning ecosystem
• Oversee the learning technology landscape, including LMS, e-learning development, instructional design, content strategy, vendor partnerships, learning analytics and reporting
• Design learner-centered digital learning solutions using instructional design best practices, adult learning principles, accessibility and modern learning methodologies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for learning technology and vendor partnerships
• Evaluate learning effectiveness, monitor engagement and adoption, and provide actionable insights to inform future learning strategies
