Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics within R&D and/or QC Manufacturing spaces.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science or Computer Science or Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting.
• Experience in life sciences R&D, QC, or IT.
• Exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives spanning scientific informatics, data, automation, and AI to deliver measurable client impact.
• Analyze and redesign lab business processes; define product requirements, use cases, and user stories.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of engagements, including solution design, estimates, scope, and execution.
• Drive program outcomes aligned to defined goals and value realization.
• Quantify and articulate business value and outcomes generated by solutions.
• Proactively manage delivery execution, including risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting.
• Own client outcomes and accountability for contractual commitments and satisfaction.
• Travel up to 50% to client locations.
