Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager in the Scientific Informatics practice to lead cross-functional teams delivering digital laboratory transformation for clients in various industries. You will shape initiatives across sci informatics, data, automation, and AI to realize measurable business value.

The role requires 6+ years in scientific informatics, a life sciences or CS/engineering degree, and the ability to travel up to 50% to client locations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics within R&D and/or QC Manufacturing spaces.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science or Computer Science / Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives spanning scientific informatics, data, automation, and AI to deliver measurable client impact.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of engagements including solution design, estimates, scope and execution.
• Drive program outcomes aligned to defined goals and value realization.
• Proactively manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to Directors and Senior Directors.
