Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Senior Manager in Scientific and Laboratory Informatics to lead cross-functional teams in digital laboratory transformation across scientific informatics, data, automation, and AI. You will architect engagements, drive outcomes, and own client satisfaction while coordinating multi-disciplinary stakeholders.

The role requires 8+ years in scientific informatics within R&D or QC, plus consulting experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics, within R&D and/or QC Manufacturing spaces.
Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science or Computer Science or Engineering.
4+ years of experience in consulting (preferred).
Experience with life sciences R&D, QC, or IT.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategy and implementation projects for clients in digital laboratory operations and scientific intelligence.
Architect and oversee end-to-end delivery of engagements, including design, estimates, scope, and execution.
Drive program outcomes aligned to defined goals and value realization.
Quantify and articulate business value and outcomes generated by solutions.
Proactively manage delivery including risks, issues, and stakeholder reporting.
