Accenture is seeking a Manager in our Scientific Informatics practice to lead cross‑functional teams delivering digital laboratory transformation projects for clients in R&D and QC manufacturing. You will shape strategies across data, automation, and AI, oversee end‑to‑end delivery, and ensure measurable business value while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 6+ years in scientific informatics, a life science or computing/engineering degree, and willingness to travel up

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in scientific informatics, R&D, or QC Manufacturing spaces
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science or Computer Science / Engineering

Responsibilities

• Shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives across data, AI, automation and science
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of engagements including design, estimates, scope and execution
• Drive value realization and client outcomes with accountability for delivery quality
• Build client relationships and act as trusted advisor to Directors and Senior Directors
• Lead and develop team members with mentorship and performance feedback
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting
