• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver digital laboratory transformation projects.
• Shape lab transformation initiatives spanning informatics, data, automation, and AI.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery: design, estimates, scope, execution, and value realization.
• Build client relationships and act as trusted advisor to Directors and Senior Directors.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting.
• Support business development and opportunity pursuit.
