Job summary

Accenture's Scientific Informatics practice seeks a Manager to lead cross‑functional teams delivering digital laboratory transformation and AI-enabled solutions for clients. You will shape lab processes, define requirements, and manage end‑to‑end engagements with a focus on measurable value and strong client relationships.

You will build domain expertise in laboratory operations, guide senior stakeholders, and contribute to business development while traveling up to 50% to client locations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics (R&D or QC Manufacturing)
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science or Computer Science or Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategy and implementation projects for digital laboratory operations and scientific intelligence
• Shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives spanning informatics, data, automation, and AI to deliver client impact
• Oversee end-to-end delivery including solution design, estimates, scope, and execution
• Drive program outcomes aligned to goals and value realization
• Build strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor to Directors and Senior Directors
• Support business development and opportunity pursuit
