Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager-level leader to drive digital laboratory transformation initiatives across informatics, automation, and AI. You will oversee end-to-end engagements, shape pathways to measurable client outcomes, and guide cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects within life sciences contexts.

Responsibilities include designing solutions, estimating scope, managing risks, and maintaining client relationships at the senior level.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics within R&D or QC Manufacturing spaces.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science or Computer Science or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives spanning scientific informatics, data, automation, and AI to deliver measurable client impact.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of engagements including solution design, estimates, scope, and execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members; provide performance feedback and mentorship.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as a trusted advisor to Directors and Senior Directors.
• Drive program outcomes aligned to defined goals and value realization.
