Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager in the Scientific Informatics practice to lead and deliver digital laboratory transformation projects for clients. You will manage cross-functional teams, shape strategic roadmaps across people, processes, technology, and data/AI, and drive measurable client outcomes with a strong focus on laboratory operations and scientific innovation.

Travel up to 50% to client locations is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics within R&D and/or QC manufacturing spaces.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science or Computer Science or Engineering (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Microbiology; Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering).

Responsibilities

• Shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives spanning scientific informatics, data, automation, and AI to deliver measurable client impact.
• Analyze and redesign lab business processes; define product requirements, use cases, and user stories.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of engagements including solution design, estimates, scope, and execution.
• Drive program outcomes aligned to defined goals and value realization.
• Proactively manage delivery execution including risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting.
