Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering digital laboratory transformation initiatives, spanning informatics, data, automation, and AI. You will shape the strategy, oversee engagements, and ensure value realization for clients across science and technology domains.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and business development capabilities, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics in R&D and/or QC manufacturing spaces.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and negotiate with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategy and implementation projects.
• Architect end-to-end delivery including design, estimates, scope and execution.
• Drive program outcomes and value realization for clients.
• Own client outcomes including contractual commitments, delivery quality and satisfaction.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting.
• Travel up to 50% to client locations.
