Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager in Digital Laboratory Transformation within its Scientific Informatics practice. The role involves leading cross-functional teams to drive digital laboratory operations and AI-driven insights for clients, shaping strategy and delivering measurable outcomes.

The position requires extensive experience in scientific informatics, R&D/QC manufacturing, and consulting, with a focus on value realization, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in scientific and laboratory informatics within R&D and/or QC manufacturing spaces
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science or Computer Science / Engineering
• 4+ years of consulting experience preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in written and verbal forms

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital laboratory transformation initiatives across informatics, data, automation, and AI
• Architect and oversee end-to-end delivery including solution design, estimates, scope, and execution
• Manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder reporting
• Build strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor to senior leaders
• Travel up to 50% to client locations
