Job summary

Accenture seeks a Manager in Scientific Informatics to lead digital laboratory transformation initiatives, spanning informatics, data, automation, and AI, delivering measurable client outcomes. You will oversee end-to-end engagements, shape roadmaps, and manage multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Required are 6+ years in scientific informatics, a life sciences or CS/engineering degree, and consulting experience. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

6+ Years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics within R&D and/or QC Manufacturing spaces.
2+ years of consulting experience preferred.
Experience working in or with life sciences R&D, QC, or IT.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and both verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives spanning informatics, data, automation, and AI to deliver measurable client impact.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of engagements including solution design, estimates, scope, and execution.
Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as a trusted advisor to Directors and Senior Directors.
Lead, coach, and develop team members; foster a high-performance culture with accountability and collaboration.
Actively manage risks to engagements, practice performance, and brand/reputation.
