Job summary

Mastercam is seeking a Digital Integrations Product Owner to manage and prioritize a backlog of epics, user stories, and defects to align development with business needs.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and work with scrum teams to refine backlogs, present strategies, and coordinate releases. A Bachelor's in engineering or related field and 2+ years in product management are required, with Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in product management or similar technical role within a software development environment.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred.
• Hands-on experience refining backlogs, writing user stories, refining sprint ceremonies, and supporting release planning in Agile environments.
• Product ownership experience for Salesforce technologies (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, integrations) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize a backlog of epics, user stories, and defects to guide development topics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure stories align with business needs.
• Champion high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
• Create and maintain detailed work item backlogs reflecting customer and business priorities.
• Provide visibility of progress toward project completion and coordinate releases with development and QA.
