Job summary

Mastercam, a leading provider in CNC software, is seeking a Manager, Digital Integrations to lead day-to-day oversight and staffing of technical teams in an Agile environment. You will coach a delivery-focused group that builds reliable, scalable integration solutions across Mastercam's systems used to market, sell, and license products.

You will partner with stakeholders to prioritize work, manage backlogs, and guide projects from scoping to delivery, while fostering a culture of accountability

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations and APIs (MuleSoft, Salesforce, ERP).
• 3+ years leading, mentoring, or managing technical teams.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, data modeling, scalable integration patterns, SDLC, Agile, release management, and support operations.
• Experience balancing project delivery priorities with production support responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives in a team environment.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on integrating internal systems.
• Set clear performance expectations, goals, and development plans with regular reviews.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day support and administration of business-critical systems and integrations.
• Ensure incidents, service requests, and production issues are triaged and resolved per service expectations.
• Improve support processes, system reliability, monitoring, and documentation.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize work, manage backlogs, and align resources with company priorities.
• Scope, estimate, and execute projects while monitoring delivery metrics, capacity, health, and risk.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to the roadmap and strategic planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
