Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Salesforce Sales Cloud Product Owner based in Reading, PA. The role requires onsite presence three days per week and a focus on driving the Salesforce Sales Cloud roadmap with cross-functional collaboration.

You will translate business objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions, manage a prioritized backlog, and lead governance across business units to maximize adoption and business value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce experience in product management, business analysis, or advanced admin roles.
• Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud; sales-focused is preferred.
• Ability to translate business objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions and manage a roadmap.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage the Salesforce Sales Cloud product roadmap
• Partner with business leaders to align Salesforce capabilities with strategic objectives
• Prioritize and maintain a healthy product backlog
• Define requirements, review user stories, and ensure clear acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with developers, architects, admins, and business stakeholders to deliver high-value solutions
• Drive release planning and support enterprise-wide Salesforce initiatives
• Establish governance, standardization, and best practices across business units
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure adoption, business value, and platform success
• Stay current on Salesforce innovations and recommend new capabilities that drive business growth

What We’re Looking For

• Currently based in Reading, PA or surrounding areas and able to go onsite 3 days a week in Reading, PA
• 4+ years of Salesforce experience ( in a Product Manager, Business analyst or advanced Admin position)
• Strong Product Owner, Product Management, or Salesforce Business Analysis experience
• Experience managing stakeholders across multiple business functions
• Extensive experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud ( combination of the three is highly preferred with Sales Cloud being a top preference)
• Ability to translate business objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Strong backlog prioritization and roadmap management skills
• Experience working within Agile environments
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (Highly Preferred)
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Plus)
