Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in software/identity engineering or related technology domains.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience, including engineering managers and senior managers.
• Experience defining technology strategy, roadmaps and multi-year modernization initiatives.
• 5+ years driving cloud-native transformation, API-first architectures and platform engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-team engineering organization responsible for authentication services, profile management, identity integrations, and platform operations.
• Drive scalable, cloud-native architecture with secure, seamless customer experiences.
• Lead AI-enabled transformations and execution strategies.
• Identify and manage risks and cross-workstream dependencies.
• End-to-End program planning and stakeholder communication.
