Job summary

Lennar is seeking an Internet Sales Coordinator to generate and nurture online leads, guiding customers through the homebuying process and coordinating with Marketing on offerings. Strong communication and organization are essential to maintain a smooth sales pipeline.

You will engage customers via email, live chat, phone, and other channels, providing timely information on homes, financing, and incentives while collaborating with the Sales & Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Capture and convert online inquiries into viable sales prospects.
• Provide prompt and professional communication via email, live chat, phone and 1-800 numbers.
• Maintain and update digital and community reference materials.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including products, communities, financing options, and incentives.
• Manage an internet customer database and outreach for available homes and inventory.
• Coordinate with Marketing for electronic distribution and up-to-date offerings.
• Attend sales meetings, community events, and training sessions; work weekends as needed.
