Job summary

E7Strategies Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead digital health and HIE initiatives, coordinating with District agencies, federal partners, providers, and stakeholders to plan, implement, and monitor large-scale health IT projects.

The role requires strong analytical skills, policy knowledge, and a track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget in government or health IT settings.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of project management and coordination experience in health IT or government environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MPH, MBA, MHA or similar).
• Extensive knowledge of health IT policy and interoperability issues, with SME capabilities on funding strategies.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder planning, implementation, and evaluation of health innovation projects.

Responsibilities

• Provides project management leadership for digital health and HIE implementation activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and sustainability of DC HIE enhancements.
• Supports and advances the District's digital health strategy to strengthen adoption and use of DC HIE services.
• Facilitates collaboration across District agencies, federal partners, providers, and stakeholders.
• Establishes mechanisms for evaluating progress, including metrics and continuous improvement processes.
• Serves as a technical and policy resource on federal/state funding programs related to digital health.
• Develops MES APDs and proposals, identifying resources and timelines to reach project goals.
• Ensures alignment with the State Medicaid Health IT Plan and Digital Health Roadmap.
