The role requires travel across the county and the ability to work with multiple IT systems, ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining confidentiality while supporting health and wellbeing goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide digital support to patients and staff for new systems and virtual programmes.
• Assist patients in using remote monitoring devices.
• Hold digital drop-ins for Lincolnshire citizens.
• Visit patients at home or other bases county-wide to provide digital support.
• Become a trust champion for different IT systems and document patient information accurately.
